Engagement Multiplier are forthright; When I've wanted assistance in how to deal with something or how to respond I've found that assistance to be practical and helpful. We've only done one survey so far so I think after the next one we'll notice a bigger difference, but most of the responses were as expected. They were surprisingly honest and open, most of them. I'm hoping that it will benefit us by the team realising that we do care about them and that we do want to understand what motivates them and what we can do to improve their enjoyment and compensation for working with us, and not just financial compensation but also in the working environment.

I like that Engagement Multiplier give me attention and I feel that they're available to help if I need it. They seem to have a lot of expertise and they know what they're talking about so their advice is quite valuable to me. The biggest thing is that they make staff feel that we care about what they say and that has quite an impact. If staff see that their employer cares about them it generates loyalty which is key. It gives us the ability to know what people are thinking that they prob wouldn't tell us because of the anonymity of it, and also because they're being actively encouraged to feed back to us. We have brought positive changes into the organisation as a direct result.

We use Engagement Multiplier to survey our employees quarterly. All the feedback is anonymous and we don't have to think about the questions as they are scheduled ahead of time. We review all the results at the end of each survey and we track whether we've improved or dropped back. We can then go through all the feedback and choose what to focus on, setting goals for the next three months. We didn't have a consistent system in place before, so this is of great benefit to us. Engagement Multiplier have six areas that are very well defined, very specific and quite actionable and whereas before we couldn't really segment the answers by department without revealing individual identities, we can now control this and everyone can still remain anonymous. We measure how each department rates each of the six levels of engagement specifically and because we are always conscious that the next survey is coming up, this puts pressure on the management teams and has a positive...

Engagement Multiplier has given us a clearer view of our staff's thoughts, and given us a mechanism to pull those together, resulting in better teamwork and the ability to address staff issues. It is a prescriptive consistent view of the heartbeat, the feeling, within the company.

I've been working pretty closely with Steve Middleton who's been great. Every time I've had an opportunity he's been very responsive and taken up the opportunity to do a presentation for people. I handed him a lot and he's done a superb job of presenting it.

The product is fairly simple, user friendly, and intuitive to use and I think it gives a broad response, but is well categorised, so it's easy to compare at a glance. As soon as you get the results in you can look at the dashboard and see without too much interrogation. There is certainly more engagement and the level of communication has improved. Some of the smaller fixes that would have become quite irksome have been able to be fixed within the 90 day cycle. I think we have had a lot more involvement with our satellite sites where we've always tried before in all of our communication streams but sometimes overlooked. I think it enables them to become much more involved with the main sites. It's helped that remote working. The customer service is excellent

The product is very simple to use and to understand what actions you should take once you've got your results. Generally they're very responsive to questions; You get fast response from both sales and support. It has given us clear actions to improve engagement of the workforce. The anonymous suggestions box has been very useful. As a partner it's early days but it's an easy opener because of the free trial.

I love the whole platform; The dashboard, and the support and service that I get from them as well as a partner. It's very friendly. They're a nice company to do business with. I've got one client for whom I think it's really helped to cement our relationship as I'm already booked in their diary that I'll go in to see them when the report goes out for the survey they're about to have. For one of the other clients, it's helped to provide a benchmark for us to monitor the impact that I'm having.

I think Engagement Multiplier are very professional and I'm very comfortable introducing them to my clients, and that's something that's really important to me. Engagement Multiplier has enhanced our business; It's given us an additional reason to reach out to our clients and offers added value. With most of our clients we have a trusted adviser status and it's always nice to go to them with additional services that could benefit their businesses. I've had somebody who's just gone through an initial trial. I think it's given them an awareness of engagement and the questions they should be asking their team. I'm hoping that an engaged staff of my clients is going to help them with retention of staff, increased performance and their client's satisfaction as well.

The team in Chicago are always very responsive when you need support. Steve Middleton is also helpful and supportive when needed to convert new clients. We don't use Engagement Multiplier as a tool ourselves, we just sell it to other companies. The platform helps us to sell wrap around services more easily. When you listen to employees and they share their issues it uncovers the need for the senior team to communicate better which makes them recognise they need a raft of the services that we deliver.
