Supplier Partner - Feedback
To maximise the benefits of the VFDPartners.com website, client feedback should be provided using the following structure:
- A testimonial / response to the question: What stood out about the service you received?
- A response to the question: Would you recommend this supplier to others?
- A performance rating on a 5 point scale for each of the following questions: (1 = Very Poor | 2 = Poor | 3 = Neutral | 4 = Good | 5 = Very Good)
- Service delivery>
- Considerate and helpful?
- Deliver good value?
- Quality of communication? - A 'Company Comment' to reply to the feedback.
- Date feedback provided.
Unless provided 'anonymously' you should include details of the feedback provider:
- Company name
- Website address
- Name and position
- Town and county
Optional enhancements:

- Case Study (see example)

Client feedback can be added to your VFDParter.com listing if provided in the recommended format (as outlined above). There is a small processing fee to cover the costs of adding testimonials, case studies and video links to the VFDPartner.com website which is charged at £35+VAT per hour (subject to a minimum charge of £35+ VAT).

No, VFD Pro does not charge anything to be listed on the VFDPartners.com website.
No, any costs related to interviewing clients to obtain evidence of Client Satisfaction, Testimonials, Case Studies or Video Testimonials and subsequent publication must be paid by the supplier.
No, there is no requirement to pay introducers fees, VFDPartners.com exists to help accountants find good suppliers to assist their clients improve sales, margins, reduce costs or improve service levels.
The Supplier Partner owns relationship with the accountant.
The Supplier Partner owns relationship with the accountant’s client unless the Supplier Partner and Accountant agree otherwise.
None. VFD has no active role in the delivery of services by Supplier Partners, however work carried out by Supplier Partners must be delivered to a high standard and evidence of such should be published on VFDPartners.com.
Feedback collected via electronic means does not provide a representative data sample due to low response rates. Client Satisfaction interviews conducted over the phone result in high response rates, and hence representative data and much more complete responses.
No, if you or your clients would prefer to remain anonymous yours and their wishes must be respected, however, unless there are exceptional circumstances, anonymous testimonials are less credible than those with an identified source.
No, VFD Pro do not require any confidential information in order to include you on the VFDPartners.com website.
No. The ultimate decision as to which supplier an Accountant will use and / or introduce to their clients is at the absolute discretion of the Accountant, VFD Pro can only facilitate introductions.
No. Everything is on merit, VFD Pro will always seek to connect Accountants and their clients to the best possible supplier for any given set of circumstances.
Yes, provided the Supplier Partner satisfies the pre-requisite Quality Criteria.
