How do we maximise our company feedback within our listing?

To maximise the benefits of the VFDPartners.com website, client feedback should be provided using the following structure:

  • A testimonial / response to the question:  What stood out about the service you received?
  • A response to the question:  Would you recommend this supplier to others?
  • A performance rating on a 5 point scale for each of the following questions: (1 = Very Poor | 2 = Poor | 3 = Neutral | 4 = Good | 5 = Very Good)
     - Service delivery>
     - Considerate and helpful?
     - Deliver good value?
     - Quality of communication?
  • A 'Company Comment' to reply to the feedback.
  • Date feedback provided.

Unless provided 'anonymously' you should include details of the feedback provider:

  • Company name
  • Website address
  • Name and position
  • Town and county

If I provide my own evidence of client satisfaction are there any charges involved in adding these to the website?

Client feedback can be added to your VFDParter.com listing if provided in the recommended format (as outlined above). There is a small processing fee to cover the costs of adding testimonials, case studies and video links to the VFDPartner.com website which is charged at £35+VAT per hour (subject to a minimum charge of £35+ VAT).

I already have testimonials on Trustpilot, Google, LinkedIn, (or similar), can I use these?

Client feedback can be added to your VFDParter.com listing if provided in the recommended format (as outlined above). Supplier Partner - General

Does it cost anything to become a VFD Supplier Partner?

 No, VFD Pro does not charge anything to be listed on the VFDPartners.com website.

Do VFD Pro pay Enquir3 or other third-party Client Satisfaction specialists to interview clients to provide evidence of client satisfaction?

No, any costs related to interviewing clients to obtain evidence of Client Satisfaction, Testimonials, Case Studies or Video Testimonials and subsequent publication must be paid by the supplier.

Do VFD Pro demand introducers fees if an accountant uses the services of any of the businesses listed on the VFDPartners.com website.

No, there is no requirement to pay introducers fees, VFDPartners.com exists to help accountants find good suppliers to assist their clients improve sales, margins, reduce costs or improve service levels.

As a Supplier Partner, if I supply an accountant as a result of an introduction from VFD Pro, who owns the client relationship.

The Supplier Partner owns relationship with the accountant.

As a Supplier Partner, if I supply an accountant’s client as a result of an introduction from VFD Pro, who owns the client relationship

The Supplier Partner owns relationship with the accountant’s client unless the Supplier Partner and Accountant agree otherwise.

As a Supplier Partner, if I supply an accountant or their client as a result of an introduction from VFD Pro, what commercial interest or active involvement does VFD Pro have in the relationship.

None.  VFD has no active role in the delivery of services by Supplier Partners, however work carried out by Supplier Partners must be delivered to a high standard and evidence of such should be published on VFDPartners.com.

Can I use testimonials collected from other sources such as Trust Pilot, Google or LinkedIn to provide evidence of Client Satisfaction?

Feedback collected via electronic means does not provide a representative data sample due to low response rates.  Client Satisfaction interviews conducted over the phone result in high response rates, and hence representative data and much more complete responses.

Do I have to publish the details of the clients who have provided feedback when publishing Testimonials on the VFDPartners.com website.

No, if you or your clients would prefer to remain anonymous yours and their wishes must be respected, however, unless there are exceptional circumstances, anonymous testimonials are less credible than those with an identified source.

Do I have to divulge any client information or other sensitive information to VFD Pro.

No, VFD Pro do not require any confidential information in order to include you on the VFDPartners.com website.

As a Supplier Partner, do VFD Pro provide any guarantees regarding the number of client introductions I can expect to receive.

No.  The ultimate decision as to which supplier an Accountant will use and / or introduce to their clients is at the absolute discretion of the Accountant, VFD Pro can only facilitate introductions.

As a Supplier Partner, can I pay to enjoy a preferential position on the VFDPartners.com website and / or receive preferential treatment from VFD Pro.

No.  Everything is on merit, VFD Pro will always seek to connect Accountants and their clients to the best possible supplier for any given set of circumstances.

As an accountant, if I am using suppliers who are not listed on the VFDPartners.com website can I ask that my preferred suppliers be added?

Yes, provided the Supplier Partner satisfies the pre-requisite Quality Criteria.

As a Supplier Partner, can I have exclusivity for my service, sector or geographic area.

No.
